Do You Feel Very Tired In The Mornings?

Struggle to wake up in the morning?

I’m not a morning person, however part of my job is to work around my clients needs. Therefore I am awake at 5am every morning.

For me to do my job well I have to be very high energy from the second I start working.

One thing I have done over the last few weeks to help me be more alert in the morning is meditation.

I now do five minutes every morning. Meditation allows you to focus your mind. It also means that at least one part of your morning routine isn’t a mad rush!

After meditating I feel 10x more awake and energised for my day!
