Personal Training

Personal training programmes start with a detailed questionnaire followed by a consultation to access your goals. Prior to the first session, I take the time to design your individual nutrition plan and your personalised training program. At the end of every week this is assessed and tweaked to ensure progress is made. Below is what you can expect to receive from personal training:
