Something different to try for breakfast?

For my second my second meal of the day (around 0830am) I tried these fish cakes.

For my calorie needs this was a very small meal, however, for a lot of people this would be a very good option. It’s a little under 400 calories and very balanced macros! If you don’t like prawns, they also have cod, salmon and tuna varieties on offer.

*** As always I don’t count the calories from vegetables ***
