Like many of you reading this I got into training as a way to simply improve my body confidence and optimise my health as much as physically possible. For the last ten years my passion has been to help other do the same.

In the early years of being a personal trainer I learnt very quickly that transforming someones body shape isn’t just about working someone as hard as possible in the gym. Yes training efficiently with intensity is vital but it’s so much more than that. As cliché as it sounds in order to create the best possible results and more importantly, results that last. You have to make “this” part of your lifestyle.

My job as your coach is to show you how simple it can be to do so. You don’t have to train everyday of the week or follow a strict, regimented food plan. Small changes go a very long way in this game. A couple of small changes every week for a period of months compounds very quickly.

Over the last ten years I’ve seen it all. I can almost 100% guarantee that I have helped someone in a very similar position to you. I helped people lose 6 stone plus in body fat. I helped people gain over 3 stone in muscle. I’ve helped people with an injury list/ health condition list longer than my Tesco shop receipt (I eat a lot) achieve results they didn’t think possible. There is absolutely no reason why you couldn’t do the same. If you want it enough that is.
