Personal Training
The personal training process starts with me asking you to fill in a detailed questionnaire so I can see exactly where your starting point is. This covers the things you may expect such as training and nutrition, but also goes into detail about other factors which are just as important to optimising your health such as: sleep, digestion, stress, hormones etc. Once completed you will be invited to come in for a free of charge consultation. This includes a full bio mechanical and postural assessment.
After this has been completed you can expect:
1-2-1 training sessions - tailored specifically to your goals
Highly personalised and tailor-made training program to go alongside your 1-2-1 sessions if required
Personalised nutrition protocols with regular adjustments
Coaching and Education on all all exercises
Weekly check ins
Supplementation protocols
Full contact in between sessions via Whatsapp or Email
Online Coaching
Online coaching brings the 1-2-1 service I have been mastering over the last ten years to the online world! Online Coaching is your opportunity to work with me and reach your goals from a distance. I work with clients worldwide who trust in me to help take them to that next level of their fitness journey.
This is the perfect option for anyone who doesn’t feel the need to have someone work with them during their sessions, or for someone who wants a “more cost effective” way to streamline their progress in the gym.
This service includes everything that the personal training service does except the 1-2-1 training sessions, this is replaced by video analysis.
